About Manal Ops
We Weren't Founded to Be Another Consulting Firm.
We were founded because we saw with our own eyes what happens when hospitals are run by people instead of systems.
The Manal Ops Story
Manal Ops was born inside the field. Its founder, Dr. Mohamed El-Alfy, CEO of Al-Manal Medical Facilities Management, lived the starting moment himself: a hospital running without policies, a budget without oversight, doctors without contracts, employees without clear responsibilities, and a patient whose experience nobody followed.
The solution wasn't hiring more managers — it was building a system. A system that works whether the manager is present or absent. A system where every department has a policy, every task has an owner, every report has a number, and every service has a metric.
From that field reality, Manal OS was born — the Manal Operating System — today the company's flagship operational product.
Our Philosophy: Systems Rule — Not People
- Every decision is documented and numbered.
- Every task has an owner and a deadline.
- Every report has a number and an author.
- Every service is measured by a KPI.
- Every facility has a dashboard and daily follow-up.
- Every employee has a job description and appraisal criteria.
- Every partner doctor has a transparent contract and incentive program.
Our Vision
To be the leading operational reference in Egypt and the Middle East for building, operating and developing medical facilities.
Our Mission
We build every medical facility a complete operating system — linking operations to finance, quality to marketing, and people to metrics — in a way that fits the real Egyptian and Arab environment.
Our Values
- Transparency: all our numbers are open to the client.
- Ownership: we treat your facility as our own.
- Results: we celebrate outcomes, not effort.
- Sustainability: what we build keeps working after we leave.
- Professionalism: we speak in numbers, not promises.
Manal Ops vs. Traditional Consultancies
Chairman's Message
“In every hospital we entered, we found the same problem: a facility with good people and decent resources — running without a system. The senior doctor doesn't know his profits. The manager doesn't know his real occupancy. The accountant doesn't know where the loss came from. And the patient doesn't know why his experience is less than he deserves.
Manal Ops came to change that reality. We didn't bring academic theories — we brought living experience from the real Egyptian field. Every system we deployed, every policy we wrote, every plan we set — came from inside the hospitals we worked in, not from books.
Our message is simple: run your medical facility with confidence, and know exactly where you stand every single day — in numbers, not guesses.”
